Service and residential building in the Czech Republic

The presented implementation includes comprehensive construction of aluminum joinery in a service and residential building. On the ground floor, modern aluminum display cabinets with a large glazing area are used, which ensure maximum access to daylight to the commercial part. The windows also integrate tilting windows that enable comfortable ventilation while maintaining consistent facade aesthetics.

Aluminum tilt-and-turn windows in a classic arrangement were installed on the upper floors, matching the existing building openings. Slim profiles and subdued colors give the whole thing a modern and timeless look.

It is a functional and durable solution that works well in both residential and commercial – facilities, offering high aesthetics, good insulation and resistance to weather conditions.
